Up To Granny's House

We went up to Granny's(my grandma) house on Tuesday afternoon. To stay the night with her and Shawn's Great-Great Aunt Tricia. Tricia came home from work around 5pm and surprised Shawn with a spinning water turtle that connects to the hose. Shawn was very excited about this. Although he was startled when it turned on. It was only 92 degrees and 5pm so this was a pretty good idea.
Shawn really enjoyed running through the water. Although the hose water was pretty cold.

It didn't take him to long to get use to the water. I'm sure all their neighbors were thrilled to listen to him screeching.

After about 15 minutes of running through the water, my son who is all "B-O-Y" discovered that the water running down the grass was much more interesting then the water coming out of the turtle.

Within ten minutes Shawn was completely covered in mud. None the less he had fun.

We had a great visit. Although Shawn did not sleep to well. He woke up crying at least 4x throughout the night. This was his first time sleeping somewhere other than our house or my mom's. And he defiantly sensed that he was in a different bed. Oh well we will get use to it after a few times.
